LIVEVET Living Lab Methodological Guide
Building upon the findings from the comprehensive review of relevant policies, literature, and best practices related to green and digital transitions in vocational education and training, partners will design a structured methodology for implementing Living Labs within VET settings. Additionally, PPPP frameworks will be established to facilitate collaboration and partnership among stakeholders. The Methodological Guide will incorporate all relevant steps & actions for the establishment of VET Living Labs ecosystems and will be available in English, Greek, French and Arabic.
LIVEVET Capacity Building Toolbox
The Toolbox will be a comprehensive set of practical resources designed to support VET providers, trainers, and stakeholders in addressing the green and digital transition. It will include an innovative curriculum which will align with the emerging skill needs in sectors related to the green and digital economy. The deliverable will include the identification of key competencies, the design of new modules or courses, and the incorporation of innovative teaching and learning methods. The toolbox will enable VET organizations to implement high-quality, future-oriented practices in a sustainable and scalable way.
LIVEVET Platform
The LIVEVET digital platform is designed to support collaboration, co-creation, and knowledge sharing among all project stakeholders through a comprehensive set of tools, resources, and communication channels. Accompanied by a structured stakeholder engagement strategy, the platform will enable meaningful participation through tutorials, webinars, and interactive workshops that empower users to actively engage in Digital VET Living Labs. Developed in English and in all partners’ national languages, the platform will provide high-quality educational materials, guides, and practical resources, equipping VET organizations, trainers, and other users with the knowledge and skills needed to support innovative teaching and learning practices in vocational education and training.
LIVEVET Best Practices Catalogue
The LIVEVET Best Practices Catalogue will be developed to document and present the methodologies, tools, training materials, and lessons learned from the establishment and operation of LIVEVET Living Labs across Europe and the Southern Mediterranean. It will be based on a phased implementation process that includes the creation of regional and national Living Labs, staff mobility and capacity-building activities, and large-scale piloting with VET trainers, learners, SMEs, and public authorities. The catalogue will serve as a practical reference for VET providers and policy makers, supporting the replication, adaptation, and long-term sustainability of the LIVEVET approach in diverse vocational education and training contexts.
LIVEVET Policy recommendations
The LIVEVET Policy Recommendations will be developed to support evidence-based decision-making on the adoption of the LIVEVET Living Labs methodology in vocational education and training. Building on a comparative policy frame analysis that integrates results and tools from WPs 2–5, the recommendations will reflect existing policies, practices, and international experience, with scientific guidance from the partnership. Presented in concise and accessible policy briefs, this deliverable will offer practical, feasible, and action-oriented guidance to policymakers and stakeholders at national and European levels.
