Project management and coordination
This Work Package is dedicated to the overall management, coordination, and quality assurance of the project, ensuring that all objectives and deliverables are achieved within the agreed budget and time frame. WP1 oversees the effective use of financial and human resources, guarantees sound administrative and financial management.
Work Package 2
Development of the VET living lab business model
Through this WP partners will develop and integrate the VET Living Lab methodology and Public-Private-People Partnership (PPPP) frameworks, fostering collaboration among stakeholders in vocational education and training. It identifies best practices, designs practical approaches for Living Labs, and equips partners with the tools and skills needed to implement and evaluate these frameworks in real-world settings.
Work Package 3
Piloting actions for implementing the new business model
This work package enhances the capacity of VET organizations to support the green and digital transition by developing innovative curricula, promoting equity and inclusion, and fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. It develops strategies, initiatives, and tools that equip trainers and learners with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving economy
Work Package 4
LIVEVET platform: Development of the regional living lab tool for VET organizations
The implementation of the WP4 will enable LIVEVET partners to develop a robust Digital VET Living Lab tool that supports innovative teaching and learning practices in vocational education and
training. Additionally, piloting actions will provide valuable insights and feedback to refine and improve the tool before its full-scale implementation.
Work Package 5
Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation
Thispackage promotes the visibility and impact of the LIVEVET project at both national and European levels, building networks with key stakeholders and international VET organizations. It ensures the replicability and sustainability of project results while fostering discussion on the challenges and benefits of implementing the LIVEVET approach across Europe.
